Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please email me first using our Contact Us page and I will be glad to work things out. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Shipping Policy
We will mail your item as soon as possible after the payment is cleared and within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment. We ship most items through USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Items listed are described to the best of my knowledge. All items are guaranteed to arrive safe and undamaged.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refund will be given as exchange or money back, depending on available stock and any prior arrangements. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two business days.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
